Introduction
This tour is sure to please and entertain both you and your children. Family fun and sightseeing in Stockholm is combined with a cruise to Turku, Finland, where children will have the chance to explore the Moomin World amusement park. The cruise ship has activities for children as well as entertainment for adults.
Itinerary
Arrival at Arlanda Airport, meet-and-greet followed by transfer to Stockholm. If you arrive early, we recommend getting the Stockholm Card, which gives you access to most museums in Stockholm, the Stockholm underground and local buses. Take the time to explore the beautiful Old Town, the Warship Vasa museum, and more.
Day 2: Cruise to Turku (Åbo)
Day 3: Moomin World
Day 4: Stockholm Adventures
After arriving in Stockholm in the morning, you have a free day to explore the city. Visit Junibacken. Here kids can explore the world of Swedish Astrid Lindgren’s children’s stories, such as the famous Pippi Longstocking. The children can meet the characters, experience the stories, play in Pippi’s house, and more.
Right nearby is a traditional amusement park, Gröna Lund, with many thrilling rides. The Aquaria Water Museum with many exotic fish and other marine life, the open-air museum Skansen with its mostly domestic zoo are also all great options!
