Introduction

Indulge yourself in a week of fantastic experiences with first-class service in exotic surroundings. Experience an Arctic adventure as you go to Lapland and the ICEHOTEL. The sites have been carefully selected to ensure that this vacation will be truly enjoyable.

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival / Stockholm

On arrival, you will be met by your private chauffeur, who will transfer you from the airport to your luxury hotel in Stockholm. After settling in at the hotel, you will be taken on a private guided tour of Stockholm to give you a taste of what the capital of Sweden has to offer in terms of art and design, culture, shopping and gourmet dining.
 
Day 2: Stockholm – Kiruna, Lapland and Quest for the Northern Lights
Flight from Stockholm/Arlanda to Kiruna, where you will be met by your guide and transferred to your hotel. In the evening, you will be picked up for a thrilling snowmobile ride, taking you out into the wild to explore the amazing

Northern Lights. The tour includes a stop at a unique local restaurant and, after a delicious dinner, you’ll head into the night again to return to the hotel. * Please note that the Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon and sighting them cannot be guaranteed.
 
Day 3: Dogsled Ride and a Stay at ICEHOTEL
Today you will experience an exciting dogsled ride with your own dogs and sledge! You will have a lesson on how to operate the sledge, and then get to explore the nature and wilderness of Lapland, together with our experienced guides. You’ll stop for a delicious lunch around a fire before you turn back. Later the same day,

you will be taken to the ICEHOTEL and the Ice Church in Jukkasjärvi. At the ICEHOTEL, you will be taken on a guided tour and learn about the exciting history of the hotel. After the tour you’ll check into your very own ice suite, and stay the night at the ICEHOTEL.
 
Day 4: Visit to a Reindeer Farm
The day starts with a tour to a Sami reindeer farm for a close encounter with Rudolf and his friends, followed by a traditional lunch at the farm. You will get an opportunity to learn about the daily lives and history of the Sami people. In the afternoon, you will take a flight from Kiruna back to Stockholm/Arlanda, where you will be picked up and transferred to your luxury hotel in Stockholm.

 
Day 5: Castles and Manor Houses
After breakfast, your driver/guide will pick you up at the hotel and take you on a wonderful tour of the Swedish countryside. You will drive west to the pretty town of Mariefred, by Lake Mälaren. Here you’ll visit the 16th century Gripsholm Castle, with its well-preserved interiors from different epochs; it also houses a large art exhibition.
 
Day 6: Stockholm
Today you have a whole day to explore the capital city on your own. Go shopping or maybe visit some of the many art museums Stockholm has to offer.
 
Day 7: Departure
Your personal chauffeur will transfer you from Stockholm to Arlanda Airport. If your departure flight is in the afternoon, you will have time for some last-minute shopping, a perfect way to end your holiday.
