We all had a fantastic time.

Klara, we are all back in the USA now. I wanted you to know how please we were with Stefan. He was such a wonderful help to us and to our guide. The bus was clean, cool and spacious. We all enjoyed it very much. I will recommend you on the Cruise boards so that others will know that you can provide a wonderful option to the NCL excursions.

Thank you so much for all your help,

We all had a fantastic time.
Hi Cecilia,

We arrived home from Lapland last night and I just wanted to let you know that we all had a fantastic time. Lapland Safaris, who took us on the night-time snowmobile safari, dog-sledding adventure and reindeer farm, were excellent, very well organised and friendly. The hotel, Clarion Santa Claus, was very comfortable, terrific breakfast each morning and check-out wasn't until 12 noon on the day we left which was great. All your arrangements and bookings worked very smoothly. Thank you.

Kind regards,

The holiday to Sweden was wonderful.

Everything went very well on our holiday to Sweden. Everyone had more fun that we imagined it would be and everything went pretty much like clockwork. All of the events came off exactly as planned - we did in fact see the northern lights on Friday, the 15th. They were spectacular. I'd like to offer feedback to your organization in the spirit of making this type of holiday better.

The shuttles to and from the airport were prompt and the driver were exceptional. They were knowledgeable and helpful to us. This is a very professional and courteous service.

The Northern light event was exceptional. Our guide was as excited about our adventure as we were. She was extremely knowledgeable and fun to be around. The timing and length of this event was very good.

The dogsled event was also exceptional. The guides were knowledgeable and very friendly. The only bit of feedback that I would offer is that after we were finished with the sledding @ 12:30, our itinerary had a gap until the ICEHOTEL tour at 1600. We visited the old church, had lunch at the ICEHOTEL restaurant and walked through the rooms at the ICEHOTEL looke through the shop at the hotel. I would suggest that you somehow either decrease that gap between events (dogsled and the ICEHOTEL tour) or add to the itinerary a statement recommending we visit the church, have lunch at the restaurant and stroll through the ICEHOTEL at our leisure. It turned out fine for us, but it would eliminate any questions. The ICEHOTEL and its tour were remarkable. What a place!

I wasn't sure how you could top the Northern Lights event, the dog sledding and the ICEHOTEL. But our trip to Kebne Mountain and the Moose safari was amazing. The people who acted as our guides were the nicest people to have met. They were like old friends and really took care of us. They made sure we were warm and had all the time needed to enjoy the beauty of the mountains and wildlife. The food was great, they entertained us with games to increase our knowledge of their culture. You may want to highlight that we will have the opportunity to interact with the Sámi culture and gain an understanding of how they live in the arctic circle. This was a very valuable part of the trip. The Kebne Mountain area is extremely beautiful. Everyone in our party said it was a great way to end our time in the Arctic.

The bus tour in Stockholm was also very good. Our original tour at 10:00 was postponed until 12:00 due to the cold weather causing the audio system to fail. We were able to listen to a real person who could answer questions and interact with the group so this turned out OK. The only bad thing was we had 2 hours to fill and at that point we were not familiar with Stockholm. But all went well as we walked over to the Swedish information center and found plenty to look at.

I would be happy to recommend your tours to anyone. You did a remarkable forward to returning to Sweden some day soon.

The trip was amazing from the start.
Thank you so very much for organizing our recent trip to Sweden. Everything was wonderful! You quickly responded to my numerous emails this spring, answering each question as it came up. It was so nice to meet you in person. The information package re maps, vouchers, etc. was fantastic. In the 10 days that we traveled, we did not have a single problem with anything!! The trip was amazing from the start, at the airport to the finish. This adventure was beyond what I had expected. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Sweden. It truly was "Sweden in a Nutshell".

Again Daniel, thank you for your outstanding professionalism in arranging this trip for us. You have given a group of friends a lifetime of wonderful memories.

Thank you so much for all your help and hard work.
Hello all

I really did want to let you all know how much my sister and I enjoyed our holiday last year. We asked you to put together an itinerary that went from coast to coast and thensome, and it was terrific!

We agreed that our favorite lodging was with the Lekanders on Tjorn. They were lovely and friendly (and upgraded us to an apartment) and their place is wonderful. The strawberries were coming in and the homemade preserves were super at breakfast. Tjorn itself and Astol were beautiful.

The south had a whole different feel. Ystad, particularly, reminded me of Germany. (Go figure...Hanseatic league and all.) And the man that (I assume) owns the Anno 1793 Sekelgarden was the quirkiest guy we saw the whole trip. On the way there, following your research, we did find the Lindholmen Borgruin. We also found a sketch of the castle at the museum in Ystad. What a treat!!

We wish we'd had another day in Vadstena. Being there at midsommar didn't allow us to explore and see all that we might have had we been there on a normal day. But...Pensionat Solgarden was wonderful. The Sandbergs were very gracious. Each room is unique. Our breakfast there brought us back to our childhoods. It was super!

Gotland was the gem in the crown. Even three days there did not allow us to go everywhere we wanted. The Baltic was blue and contrasted against the limestone formations. Faro and its sheep...and all the churches. Each one was a surprise.

All along the way we found wonderful museums, pubs, people, water, islands and made memories to last a lifetime. Thank you so much for all your help and hard work. We had a wonderful time, and we both look forward to coming back (I'm doing the North next time!!)

Tack så mycket to all, especially Daniel Champlin and Hannah Hansen.

Nordicvisitor was accommodating to my individual requests..
When I had a winter vacation coming, I wanted to go somewhere out of the ordinary. When most people plan a mid-winter vacation, they normally plan trips to the sunny warm, climes. I wanted something different. After searching the web, I came across a site called "Nordicvisitor.com". I have never heard of them before, so at first I was leery. After reading through the web site a number of times and discovering a number of excellent winter vacation packages, I finally narrowed my selection to "absolute relaxation in Kiruna", north of the arctic circle. From the time I contacted Nordicvisitor to the time I arrived at the Arlanda airport for my departure from Stockholm, things went smoothly.

When booking, Nordicvisitor was accommodating to my individual requests. I was still uncertain as to how trustworthy this company is so I had them sent my vacation package-tickets, hotel bookings to my home. They did this and then e-mailed me to make sure I received the package. Upon arrival at Arlanda, I was met with by very friendly taxi driver, arranged by Nordic Visitor who took me straight to my hotel. On the way to the hotel, she gave me a run down on Sweden, its history, and its culture. The hotel was conveniently located close to the train station. Since I had to catch the train the next day, that was nice.

I was met at the Kiruna train station by the Kiruna tourist company. He gave me a run down what my schedule is in Kiruna. From the time I arrived in Kiruna, I was allowed a large degree of freedom, which I like, combined with a somewhat flexible schedule. The cabin was very relaxing and peaceful with a well stocked fridge. I was largely left alone for the three days to do what I like. I was worried whether I'd be rested enough to go on the snowmobile tour on the third day. That turned out to be unfounded as the tour was slow, easy going, and completely stress free. I was rather sad that the vacation in Kiruna ended all too soon. I could have stayed there a few more days.

Memories that will last a lifetime.
My sister's and my 17 days in Sweden were the trip of a lifetime. We relied on Nordic Visitor to plan the specifics of our trip based on a general idea of the regions we wanted to visit, and they did that wonderfully. Neither of us had traveled to Scandinavia before, and Daniel and Hannah made everything so easy. Daniel spent a great deal of time with us at our hotel in Stockholm, walking us through the entire itinerary.

Early in our trip-planning, my sister and I found mention online of a castle in Skane that bore our name. We mentioned this to Daniel, who included directions to the ruin (which consists of beautiful pastures) in our itinerary. This was one of the most meaningful parts of our trip for me, and I think for my sister too.

I fully intend to come back to Scandinavia and likely will use Nordic Visitor's services at that time. But even if I don't get back there, I really want to thank them for providing me with memories that will last a lifetime.

They seemed to have thought of everything.
Nordic visitor centre arranged a really enjoyable self-drive tour around the south of Sweden for us. They provided a personalised service, tailoring the tour to our particular requirements. We found them friendly and efficient, even providing us with a mobile phone for local use. They seemed to have thought of everything.

We started and ended our tour in Stockholm. Getting acclimatised to driving on the right, in a left-hand drive car, on unfamiliar busy Stockholm roads was something of a challenge, but the quality of the car exceeded expectation, and more than made up for those hairy moments. Most of the hotel accommodation was very good, and we particularly appreciated those hotels which included an evening meal as part of the price. With the benefit of hindsight, we may have preferred to spend more time in each place and cover less ground. I have no doubt that the Nordic Vistor centre would happily have arranged the tour accordingly, had we asked them to do so. We were given maps and suggestions of sites worthy of a visit.

Some of the scenery in Sweden is stunning, Stockholm is fascinating and cultured, the little towns most picturesque (Ystad probably being our favourite), the glasswork legendary, and castles and museums abound. It was an excellent place to visit for a holiday in June - albeit that we hadn't anticipated freak temperatures above 30 degrees centigrade, and hadn't the right clothes with us! But I guess we can't blame the Nordic Visitor centre for that.

“The whole tour was very organized and of excellent quality. We really enjoyed ourselves and loved Sweden and the Swedish people. Huskies and the Sami were our favourite. We would like to return to the mountains in the summertime.
